Good dream recall improves lucid dreams recall?
It's funny... why does a good dream recall help remember LD?
Or, why is it hard to remember a LD at all?
I mean, if you are indeed conscious as you are during the day, then there shouldn't be any kind of problem remembering it in the morning? And specially being such an exciting experience...
I think that question might have 2 solutions:
1. When you lucid dream, you are lucid as in daily life, (conscious brain is awake) but not as much as to be able to remember it perfectly afterwards (the ability of storing memories is not running as in daily life).
Or
2. The more spiritual answer, which says that when you Dream/Lucid Dream, (like having an OBE), your shift your energery/assemblage point/perception/what-ever-you-call-it, thus being difficult to recover those memories as they are not stored as usual.
I really don't know which answer is the 'one', or maybe non of them... What do you think?
