I need some help on what to do before bed to help for getting lucid every night. This doesn't include when you wake up for WILDS, WBTB, etc.
The only reason I'm posting this is because sometimes i listen to music before i go to sleep and when i wake up i can't even remember my dream, which is very unusual for me. So if anybody has any tips they want to share with me on this subject that would be AWESOME!
