Close your eyes, picture your hands in front of your face, move your imaginary hands till they look real. When they do, clap them till they feel real. When they do, probably you'll be dreaming. It seldom works for me since it takes too long for me to fall asleep. And anything i think about trying prevents my sleeping.
With some practice, you can actually control 4 hands. They all can move, and they all can feel and touch each other. Feels a little bit like Gregor Samsa.
