I think you will be fine. I had 2 forties last night and remembered 2 dreams I had.;)
No, you will never have a lucid dream if you consume any alcohol whatsoever.
Ha. Just being a smart-aleck. As long as you can think clearly, I"m sure you'll be just fine.
You could have three or four BOTTLES of wine and probably still have a better chance at lucid dreaming than I would as sober sleeper.:wino:
I've fallen a sleep drunk and had lucid dreams. fallen a sleep high and had them too.
I don't think alcohol and or marijuana help, but i dont think they completely rule LD's out either.
especially if its a glass of wine with dinner, that shouldnt give you any problems.

I actually have more vivid dreams when im drunk, but i dont remember them before some hours after i wake up. EXTREMELY VIVID;P
