      Will this effect chance of LDs tonight?

      Can i still have dreams and an LD even though i had 3-4 sips of wine with dinner?

      You could have three or four BOTTLES of wine and probably still have a better chance at lucid dreaming than I would as sober sleeper.

      I've fallen a sleep drunk and had lucid dreams. fallen a sleep high and had them too.
      I don't think alcohol and or marijuana help, but i dont think they completely rule LD's out either.
      especially if its a glass of wine with dinner, that shouldnt give you any problems.

      I actually have more vivid dreams when im drunk, but i dont remember them before some hours after i wake up. EXTREMELY VIVID;P
