So after all this time and no Lucids or recall, I am looking for whatever I can get, lol.
On a more serious note, I was wondering if some of you that are expert LDer's can tell me your process on a nightly basis. The methods that work best for you (WILD, MILD, DILD, etc.), what you drink before sleep, the position you sleep in, some induction methods, etc.....anything you think can help me. I will be sleeping at about 11:30pm (GMT -06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) but please dont stop if that time has passed.
