do you think it would work any differently if you said things in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd person during autosuggestion?
e.g.
"I will remember MY dreams"
"YOU will remember YOUR dreams"
"HE will remember HIS dreams"
???

It depends who is the speaker. I'd think that if someone other than yourself was placing a suggestion on you, it'd be second person. If it was true autosuggestion, you'd use first person. It's the decision one intuitively makes, so maybe it is the most successful?
There was a study by Ninja, I think, about subliminals (here). It concerns first and second person commands (among other stuff).
Subliminals, however, are not the same as autosuggestion. It would make a good study!
Hmmn. I'd say whatever works best for you is best.
But generally stick to first.
May I suggest another variation? We.
e.g.
"We will remember his dreams." - this what the body would say
"I will remember our dreams." - this is the centre of your Self
Consciousness is a community of hierarchically organized subselves. This is the way it treats itself at its core.
Don't forget to personalize counteracting tendencies, since all you have to do is get rid of doubts and fears. But instead of opposition stick to the cooperative way of handling things. Try to integrate those fragments, encourage them to join. Don't fight them.
I believe it's better to say it in first person and at the present time
"I remember my dreams, i am lucid, i am dreaming"
That way you get yourself to believe you have and you will remember your dreams, get lucid, know you are dreaming.
I personally don't think it matters. I would go with first person, but you can use what ever feels comfurtable. :P
Autosuggestion works best with first person.
Is Auto suggestion same as MILD?
sorry for my noobishness
