Hey all, I was wondering something. Let's say you record yourself saying "I'm dreaming..... I'm dreaming" and loop that, making it go on for a very long time, then listen to that when you sleep, would that help to attain lucidity?

That works for some people. Try to look around on the forum, theres plenty of these files lying around. Personally however, they just keep me awake:(
That sucks. I'm used to having sound around me when I go to sleep. I used to keep the radio on on the lowest volume for a couple of years each night when I went to bed. I just didn't like the silence. I don't do it nowadays though. I'll search around and see if I find anything. :)
Works for me. I have very vivid dreams with great recall when I listen to these MP3's.
