hmmm ive heard from quite alot of research into LD's that the white noise ( tv on but no channel ) can help with lucidity but im not sure from the tv as they played the same sound but threw some headphones as they slept maybe worth giving it a try ?
ohhh and will also stop the problem with changing light when it goes to diffrent scenes as it will stay on the same :)
i tend to find lately i dream alot more after 4-5 hours sleep waking up to go to the toilet then going back to bed wbtb as they call it ... i also eat a cheese sandwich or sumthing before bed this seems to help me recall dreams alot more alough people say it gives them nightmares that wont matter if you become lucid and can stay in control as u can then change it to whateva you like :)
hope this is helpfull

My 7 year brother is getting lucid everyday in his naps because the TV....
He tell me that he can hear what's going on tv and he feels that he is dreaming...
I'm surprised like my 6 year brother is having lucid dreams after i tell him what it is...
He found that TV is a dreamsign...

I don't think so, because I usually sleep with the tv on, and it doesn't seem to make any difference for me. But then again what doesn't work for me doesn't necessarily mean wont work for you!
