Help getting into full Sleep Paralysis?
From what I understand before going into a WILD most people experience Sleep Paralysis. So, I've been trying to go into sleep paralysis myself. I'm pretty sure I've gotten partway into it, as I've gotten either a heavy feeling or a numb pins and needles feeling in my arms and lower body, but never my chest or head, and I've never really experienced the 'being in your head' feeling the tutorial explained, and I've never really seen any vivid dream landscapes that lead up into a wild.
Any help out there?
How to Induce Waking Sleep Paralysis
1. Get into a comfortable position. (I like laying on my back with my arms at my sides).
2. Relax your eyes...eyes shut
3. Try to breath slow and easy
4. Don't Move (your body will signal you to rollover, hence "the rollover signal", it may bring pain to part of your body. Don't do anything, just lay their and try to relax thru it. Eventually you will feel a heavy, lead heavyness come over your body.
Originally it took me about 30 min. to get in Sp, But now I have been practicing for about a week, and I can do it now within a few min.
