First, erase what you know about sleep paralysis. Pretend it doesn't exist. Done yet? |

From what I understand before going into a WILD most people experience Sleep Paralysis. So, I've been trying to go into sleep paralysis myself. I'm pretty sure I've gotten partway into it, as I've gotten either a heavy feeling or a numb pins and needles feeling in my arms and lower body, but never my chest or head, and I've never really experienced the 'being in your head' feeling the tutorial explained, and I've never really seen any vivid dream landscapes that lead up into a wild. |

As Abra excellently mentioned. Dont have expectations from SP. I spent a lot of times waiting for vibrations to come. And they never came. Just recently i found out, it is even better to concentrate on something fully different, and probably you wont feel the transition. If you should spend some time concentrating on something, I would recommend concentrating on your memories of tactile feelings. Create a scene in your head {you dont have to see it clearly}, and try to touch everything in this scene. Use your memory to recall the feelings. |

I can relax my body but nothing gets me into SP faster than some good flowing HI. |

1. Get into a comfortable position. (I like laying on my back with my arms at my sides). |
