I can not imagine that you fall in love with someone in a lucid dream. Sex is another thing, but I think any dream is to short and to strange to fall in love with someone. Additionally, everyone you meet in your lucid dream consists of anything in your mind, any face, body and cloths you must have seen before, and what the person says, does, and feels just comes form you mind too.
What may happen imo is that you meet someone you love in the waking life, and maybe have more intimate contact than you may have in waking life, if your love is for example unreturned.
anyways, not dangerous. dreams are never in my view :boogie:
It would be wierd, and breaking up would be hard. But I think we (I?) could make it work :D
I bet it could happen.
I fell in love with someone in a regular dream before. I have very long, very vivid and realistic dreams though, so that probably helped. But if it makes sense, I went into the dream in love with them already. And when I woke up, I thought about it, was a little sad.. But it was a dream. So what could you do?
I'm sure lucid dreaming love would be different. It would be interesting to try though.
I've experienced a couple of lucid weeks with a dream character.
And in my case, it ruined my entire day, and I wasn't happy for a few days after in fact.
And most of the LD consisted of me crying, because I knew I'd wake up and lose her.
To your original question: Yes, it's dangerous in the sense that it can leave you depressed for a few days (depending on how badly you were stricken)
And if your next naturally progressing question is 'Can you fall in love in a lucid dream?' the answer is yes to that too.

Just stick to falling in love in the real world. Hehe, would falling in lvoe with a dc make you narcisistic? It is only a part of yourself after all ;)
