How is WILD (etc) dreaming different....
from day dreaming? And, if a person spends a long time in a day dream with their eyes closed, can it fool the results of a sleep test?
I ask because I had a sleep test done a couple months ago. I know for a fact that I spent at least an hour in a day dream (I could hear noises around me outside the room), but the technician said I had practically fallen straight to sleep.
And when I'm deep in day dream, I catch myself moving my eyes back and forth as if I'm dreaming (I've always written it off as my following the dream... err day dream scene).
Anyone know?
