i wake up once every night regularly at around 3 its kind of an alarm in my head and i think hmmm im going to try to WILD and everytime i fall asleep! any tips?
Do you lay on your back?
Also.. everytime I fall asleep I end up having a dream about WILDING and become Lucid :D
there is the reverse blinking method. as you lie there, keep your eyes closed and every 5 seconds open them briefly, for about a second. put a poster on your ceiling to look at. do this until your feel drowsey, almost to the point where you feel like your about to nod off. its that point where you start stumbling with numbers etc. once you have got to that point, you have to try and suspend yourslef there, long enough for the body to go to sleep.
this, i find, is the trickey part which i am still experementing with. it is very easy at this point to get lost in a jumble of thoughts (like we do every night when we go to sleep), you need to figure out a mental exersise with maybe has a loop in it, like imagining yourself running round a tree, i dunno, thats wht your have to figure out.
but like i said im still experimenting with this so ill let you know how it goes.
