if you can read this then you are about to be punched
there is the reverse blinking method. as you lie there, keep your eyes closed and every 5 seconds open them briefly, for about a second. put a poster on your ceiling to look at. do this until your feel drowsey, almost to the point where you feel like your about to nod off. its that point where you start stumbling with numbers etc. once you have got to that point, you have to try and suspend yourslef there, long enough for the body to go to sleep. |
