I have a CD with music that will help with DILD and WILD.
I think I am going to use it soon.
And tell ya'll what I thought.
I am not sure it will work, but hopefully.
I need to get lucid, it's been 5 months!
Advice?

What's on it? Is it general music, or subliminal ambient music?
Yes, what kind of music is it?
there are a lot of different kind of music that helps induce lucids. but i dont really like them. if i listen to music at night its something like Rage Against the Machine or something crazy like that, it relaxes me for some reason.
Dont worry about 5 months. It took 4 months of solid dedication for me to get lucid for the first time. it will come. but remember, a lot of the time you can set up barriers for yourself by trying too hard or wanting it too bad. maybe a break would help you? good luck.
If it's any consolation, I've been trying for 8 months without success lol
I tried them out.
It make my dreams more vivid, but no WILD.
So I am going to continue trying it.
THis thread belongs in Lucid Aids.
And that is where I got the MP3s, Ninja made them. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=55276
I put
Dream Recall and Subliminal Lucid 3.0 on one disk, and
Recall, Subliminal Lucid 1.0, The Ultimate Induction, and Remix on the second disc.
I use the first for falling asleep and looping through the night, and the second for playing durring a WILD.
They gave me vivid dreams, I really suggest everyone here try them.
Plus it helped me fall asleep.
I have a hard time sleeping..
You go for it. Are you using headphones or speaker?

Just thought someone might use it. Didn't try them tho, please reply and say did they work.
I tend to like listening to some tracks. Last night, I tried something different... I've been kind of desperate, haven't had a good night's sleep in a while (lucid or no). So I looked for something in hypnosis.
Link to video I found:

Now, I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty skeptical about this. And even during it, I thought it wasn't working right. However, I found that this REALLY worked well and relaxed me (as with all hypnosis, it works better when you at least want it to.) The relaxed state I was in because of this lasted well after the induction was finished, while I lay in bed. While at the bottom of the hypnosis, I assured myself that "I'm going to have a lucid dream tonight" etc., and then again while in bed.
I had two lucid dreams last night!
Give this guy a try. It could help you.
