hi! I'm thinking of adding LD-ers to my skype so I can have either audio or audio+video discussions about LD's. forums are nice but there's nothing quite like describing the LD you just had to actual people.

requirements: at least 1-2 LD's per week, webcam
not required but would be cool: 3d red/blue glasses

In Russian we usually call
Lucid dream - "Осознанные сновидения" (ОС),
WILD - "Осознанные сновидения из состояния бодрствования (ОСиСБ),
DILD - "Осознанные сновидения из состояния сна" (ОСиСС),
OBE - "Внетелесный опыт (ВТО)",
AP (astral projection) - "Астральная проекция" (АП),
Sleepy paralysis (SP)- "Сонный паралич" (СП).
And often used other terms:
Dream Hackers (DH) - "Хакеры сновидения" (ХС). Famous Russian group of lucid dreamers. I saw topics about it on this forum. Many bestseller were released about it, some of this were translated in different languages. But unfortunately, I can't find books by Reutov in English, if someone knows, please tell me, I'll read it with pleasure.
Karlos Castaneda - "Карлос Кастанеда" (КК).
A lucid dream is a dream in which the sleeper is aware that he or she is dreaming. When the dreamer is lucid, he or she can actively participate in and often manipulate the imaginary experiences in the dream environment. Lucid dreams can seem extremely real and vivid depending on a person's level of self-awareness during the lucid dream.
Осознанный сон - это сон, в котором спящий знает, что он спит. Когда спящий понимает что он спит, он может активно участвовать и манипулировать ходом событий. Осознанные сновидения могут казаться как реальность и яркость событий зависит от уровня осознания во сне (понимания что ты спишь).
It's simple sentensesa about LD, maybe it will be interesting, I don't know. And about site about LDs, I would not like to write an address of my site, but I can give you some addrees of russian communities, for expample,
