Hi! I had this discussion about LDs with my group on my site. But, I have never discussed it in English, by the way, I'm not a native speaker, but I would like to listen and join to you, because it is very interesting for me. May I join to you, please?

well when u make the requirement that they have to have 1-2 lds a week not as many people are gonna show up

yeah that's the point

I'm sorry, but I changed my mind about communication via skype, I think, it'll be hard to talk. Although I well understand the Egnlish text. But it often difficult to me to say anything, but I try to speak on my courses. Maybe I'll join to us later... I'm sorry..

ONESO you are from russia right? I speak russian so it shouldn't be a problem

Ha... Yeah I'm from Russia )) You won't believe, but I would not like to talk on this forum in Russian, because I have own site, where I can discuss LDing via Skype and ect... Now, I rarely visit it though...

P.S. Russian language is your native language, isn't it? Or you just like it?

my native language is ukrainian, but I'm also fluent in russian and english, and know a few words in some more languages

btw can you link me to your site? I wasn't aware that there is a russian lucid dreaming community, what are lucid dreams called in russian anyways, when I tried to tell my friends what it is I called them "ботцтвенные сны" "сны в которых ты знаеш, что спишь" but I wonder if there is a better combinaiton of words

In Russian we usually call
Lucid dream - "Осознанные сновидения" (ОС),
WILD - "Осознанные сновидения из состояния бодрствования (ОСиСБ),
DILD - "Осознанные сновидения из состояния сна" (ОСиСС),
OBE - "Внетелесный опыт (ВТО)",
AP (astral projection) - "Астральная проекция" (АП),
Sleepy paralysis (SP)- "Сонный паралич" (СП).

And often used other terms:
Dream Hackers (DH) - "Хакеры сновидения" (ХС). Famous Russian group of lucid dreamers. I saw topics about it on this forum. Many bestseller were released about it, some of this were translated in different languages. But unfortunately, I can't find books by Reutov in English, if someone knows, please tell me, I'll read it with pleasure.

Karlos Castaneda - "Карлос Кастанеда" (КК).


A lucid dream is a dream in which the sleeper is aware that he or she is dreaming. When the dreamer is lucid, he or she can actively participate in and often manipulate the imaginary experiences in the dream environment. Lucid dreams can seem extremely real and vivid depending on a person's level of self-awareness during the lucid dream.

Осознанный сон - это сон, в котором спящий знает, что он спит. Когда спящий понимает что он спит, он может активно участвовать и манипулировать ходом событий. Осознанные сновидения могут казаться как реальность и яркость событий зависит от уровня осознания во сне (понимания что ты спишь).

It's simple sentensesa about LD, maybe it will be interesting, I don't know. And about site about LDs, I would not like to write an address of my site, but I can give you some addrees of russian communities, for expample,

A great library about psychology and, of course about LDing. I think, it is the biggest e-library in Russian

I have written, I hardly ever visit this site nowadays, Because I found this forum, and I give my site to another LDer to manage. You won't believe, I even decided to read books in English only. I even study the new material at work in English. I just like English.
