The easiest way for me to LD is simple and doesn't really require any work! My idea works best for the weekends. So easy:
-once you've woken up, try to fall back to sleep, and BAM, good chance of a WILD! LOL, this works really well for teens who love to sleep long, like me! I love having 10 hours + of sleep when I can. Once, I slept for 13 hours! And no, I didn't stay up for a day straight or anything.
Usually, it works for me. I just had a long string of lucids this morning because of it!
