In foods and drink, what you're looking for to help dreaming are the B vitamins, specifically B6, as well as Tryptophan and things that help boost Seratonin production.
Most fruit juices will do this to some degree, but some are better than others. Look at the nutritional contents to see what might work better.
Is it because there is a lot of it in apple because I looked and it didn't show the vitamins but it has a high percent apple in it, will that help?
Most likely.
Only if they contain Vitamin B
Or anything in this thread -

For real? Apple juice can help lengthen your dreams? o.o Cool....
I've been drinking lots of apple juice lately and it seems to be working! But... a friend of mine told me that too much apple juice increases your risk of kidney stones... So I've been laying off the juice a little.
Agreed.
I think part of it is definitely vitamins, but I would also guess that a small portion is also attributable to the placebo effect. So, if you think the other juices out there are going to truly help you, they will...probably. I make no promises! :D
Something I just realized last night is that apple juice helps MUCH more if you drink it right before you go to sleep. Previously I've just been drinking it throughout the day and only seen a little difference in my dreams. Last night I drank it right before bed and recalled all my dreams and two were lucid!
ANY FOOD with vitamin B!
Indeed you can. Apple juice is easier to find (than a pharmacy?) and has more than just B6 to help you.
gah, too bad apple juice is nasty (imo).
Hmm, this motivates me to find more lucid food!
