In foods and drink, what you're looking for to help dreaming are the B vitamins, specifically B6, as well as Tryptophan and things that help boost Seratonin production.

Most fruit juices will do this to some degree, but some are better than others. Look at the nutritional contents to see what might work better.

Is it because there is a lot of it in apple because I looked and it didn't show the vitamins but it has a high percent apple in it, will that help?

I've been drinking lots of apple juice lately and it seems to be working! But... a friend of mine told me that too much apple juice increases your risk of kidney stones... So I've been laying off the juice a little.

      Agreed.

I think part of it is definitely vitamins, but I would also guess that a small portion is also attributable to the placebo effect. So, if you think the other juices out there are going to truly help you, they will...probably. I make no promises!

Something I just realized last night is that apple juice helps MUCH more if you drink it right before you go to sleep. Previously I've just been drinking it throughout the day and only seen a little difference in my dreams. Last night I drank it right before bed and recalled all my dreams and two were lucid!

A quick google search for antioxidant rich fruits revealed these lists:

It seems that among fruit, berries are especially rich in antioxidants. I suggest that in addition to apples we try them and see if they affect dream vividness and lucidity.

This thread has my pumped! Can't wait for tonight.

But how much do you usually drink? I want enough to.. well to try and induce lucidity.. but not too much to where I have to take a sudden piss during a dream!

Indeed you can. Apple juice is easier to find (than a pharmacy?) and has more than just B6 to help you.
      Bollocks.
