Have you ever tried in a lucid dream to say something like 'show me my most worst fear' or 'show me the thing that will scare me the most'
I'm wondering that if you say this because you subconcience knows you better than your concience the thing that you'll see will be terrifing.
Try it and report what you see,
I've not had the chance to try this because my lucid dreams are very short amd very blurry.

Actually you can go further and Ask your unconsciousness to reveal you almost anything you want to know even things that you didn't remember
I'd just get scared at the prospect of being scared and wake up. :P
It's probably not the best idea around, the fact that your adrenaline in nightmares makes the simplest spooks in your dreams horrifying.
Done it! Actually, I started creating a DC out of all my fears, it was such a thrilling thing, I called her "Fear", such a cool thing, just that at the start, I would wake up due to fear, and end up not falling asleep because of fear <.<
Yeh you can even say stuff like unlock supressed memories, but that ain't a good idea. Or you could unlock old memories and relive themQuote:

Gosh but what is the point in standing face to face in front of my worst fear? Most probably, a few snakes will arrive and I will scream the place down. I am terrified of snakes.

I tried recently ;) I was in my bathroom looking at the mirror, telling myself to make the scariest face. Most of them were pretty retarded, one was Ugly Betty, once again, with a big nose. For some reason I saw Gaara? Lol. :panic:

I can't even imagine doing that, I have some messed up dreams so it would be crraazzzy.
Maybe if I learned to control my dreams better first.

I had a dream where I told myself that when I walked through a door I'd enter the most beautiful landscape. I ended up in my living room -_-
Well I did something similer in one LD
I yelled out to have a really good song on my MP4 and there it was, it was one of the best songs i'd ever heard.
