Actually you can go further and Ask your unconsciousness to reveal you almost anything you want to know even things that you didn't remember

I'd just get scared at the prospect of being scared and wake up.

It's probably not the best idea around, the fact that your adrenaline in nightmares makes the simplest spooks in your dreams horrifying.

Done it! Actually, I started creating a DC out of all my fears, it was such a thrilling thing, I called her "Fear", such a cool thing, just that at the start, I would wake up due to fear, and end up not falling asleep because of fear <.<

Yeh you can even say stuff like unlock supressed memories, but that ain't a good idea. Or you could unlock old memories and relive them

So it was really scary then that you coulnt sleep...., might not try it actually

I would opt to say something along the lines of: 'Show me something hilarious!'

Gosh but what is the point in standing face to face in front of my worst fear? Most probably, a few snakes will arrive and I will scream the place down. I am terrified of snakes.

Well, it only went on for like, 10 times when I encountered or so, after that learned how to make the fear help me stay in the dream and fight her, so much fun, really.

I've thought of some things similar to this. Instead of seeing my worst fear, I would say something like, "play the music I would find the best ever" or "show me the person I would find most attractive".

So has that actually worked, if you've not tried it try it and report back.

I am too busy with school and sports now to have time for lucid dreams, but I will try it and in my opinion it will work as long as I think and expect it to work. I think of lucid dreams as all mental- you can do only what you think you can do- so I stay confident and things work out.

I tried recently I was in my bathroom looking at the mirror, telling myself to make the scariest face. Most of them were pretty retarded, one was Ugly Betty, once again, with a big nose. For some reason I saw Gaara? Lol.

One was a bit scary now that O tjoml pf ot wasn't at the time though...

I can't even imagine doing that, I have some messed up dreams so it would be crraazzzy.
Maybe if I learned to control my dreams better first.
I have things that I'd rather do higher up then that

I had a dream where I told myself that when I walked through a door I'd enter the most beautiful landscape. I ended up in my living room -_-

Well I did something similer in one LD

I yelled out to have a really good song on my MP4 and there it was, it was one of the best songs i'd ever heard.
