I don't see why not. If there are any negatives to your current schedule, they are only minor and don't rule out dreaming or lucid dreaming. For example, maybe you sleep a bit less profoundly during the day/morning than at night, but then again this could be a good thing for certain techniques. For WILD in particular, there should be no problem, since you're conscious basically the whole time and it doesn't depend much on your sleeping schedule (as long as you can get some sleep beforehand). The only slight obstacle I can imagine would be if you have trouble falling asleep / trying WILD if there's some daylight coming through.
