Hello. At the beginning of summer break I started to get back into lucid dreaming. I was aiming for the WILD technique. But after a week of going to sleep at 11pm (and being unsuccessful at falling asleep) and keeping a DJ, I decided to take a break. So the past week and a half I've been easily falling asleep at around 3am and waking up at about 12 to 1pm. I also stopped my DJ. Surprisingly to me dream recall increased instead of decreasing. But I was wondering if I could just as easily DILD (at least) as if I went to sleep at 11pm. Or maybe even WILD?? |
