Recently I tried an induction technique, I cant remember the name of it. Its the one where you set your watch to chime every hour, and when you hear the chime you consider if you could be dreaming and look around for dream signs. I diligently practiced this for about a week and during that time my lucidity stopped. During the weeks before I was semi-lucid during most of my remembered dreams. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this?
