You're trying too hard. You're obsessing and thus you're stressing. Stress kills lucidity and recall. Try to stop the chime thing for a week and try less intense routines, or change the chime frequency to every 2 hours or something, if possible. |

Recently I tried an induction technique, I cant remember the name of it. Its the one where you set your watch to chime every hour, and when you hear the chime you consider if you could be dreaming and look around for dream signs. I diligently practiced this for about a week and during that time my lucidity stopped. During the weeks before I was semi-lucid during most of my remembered dreams. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this? |
