MILD advices?
Tried a variation of MILD two nights ago and I got a lucid dream of "bad quality" on the first try :) Is it anybody here that is experienced with MILDing that could give me any advice to get better result etc.?
The technique is that I set an alarm to ring for a short time, just to wake me up. Then I think of the dream I just had and I visualize that I get lucid in that dream. After that, I just repeat a mantra or something until I fall asleep. Because of the short alarm and that I don't move or anything I fall asleep pretty fast :)
