Tried a variation of MILD two nights ago and I got a lucid dream of "bad quality" on the first try Is it anybody here that is experienced with MILDing that could give me any advice to get better result etc.?


The technique is that I set an alarm to ring for a short time, just to wake me up. Then I think of the dream I just had and I visualize that I get lucid in that dream. After that, I just repeat a mantra or something until I fall asleep. Because of the short alarm and that I don't move or anything I fall asleep pretty fast
