What are the frequencies of the seven dimensions, by the way? In hertz?
What are the frequencies of the seven dimensions, by the way? In hertz?
It talks about chakras in the Bible. But so you think that the Bible is an authority. Chakra teachings were common from Greece, through the Middle East, to India, and all the way to China and Japan. The Cabala is a chakra system. The teachings of the Chakras were also a mystical esoteric teaching that was first taught by Hermes Trismegistus in Egypt. He was known as Hermes in Greece, Mercury in Rome, Shiva in India, etc. The chakra system is the tree of life in the Bible, the serpent is Hermes who teaches it. Notice that Hermes symbol is the caduceus, which is a representation of the kundalini rising through the chakras on the spine. The serpent is the symbol of kundalini, and the Egyptian pharaohs had crowns with serpents coming out the third eye. This symbolized awakened kundalini. In India, Shiva has cobras wrapped all around his limbs and neck. Cobras represent yogic breathing and hypnotic energy control and awakened kundalini.
which 7 dimensions? I imagine that any dimension would have a whole range of frequencies depending on the objects within them. Like in this 3rd dimension we have many frequencies. But I don't know about this, I am a musician, not a scientist. Or are you asking Seloquel? Are you asking about the planes? Most of them are in the 3rd dimension. I'll let him answer since I am not too fond of this system. I have my own map.
Dannon. Could you explain your map? I mean try your best... I kind of have a vague understanding of different planes and I don't even know if can explain it in a way that makes sense...
So the seven dimensions all represent different brain frequencies, yet they can't actually be assigned frequencies? Wow!
Why do you think brain wave frequencies are related to the frequencies we perceive? They aren't. The frequency of visible spectrum you talked about is millions of times higher than the frequencies of our brain waves, the two are totally unconnected.
What does 'density' mean in this context? I don't understand what 'these densities are different vibrational frequencies' means, can you explain it?
What does 1/2 causal mean? What is the electric ether? What is the pranic ether? What is the mental reflecting ether? What are the frequencies of these?
Why does anybody think this?
Dogma is no window on any kind of truth, be it Earthly or otherwise. Dannon recently explicated this and I think you agreed. You may not like my methods, but when I see somebody being dogmatic and I call them nuts, I am not launching a baseless attack on something I'm scared of, or something I have an agenda against, or something I like to laugh at. I'm provoking them to defend their own thoughts; to explain clearly what they are and why they think them. If they can't do this then they need to spend some time in serious contemplation about why they said it.
If you look to the brain for a correlation to the different planes, you will find correspondences between with brainwaves, with chemicals, and with different areas of the brain. This is how the brain tunes into different frequencies from an objective observation. Waking life is related to beta and alpha I believe. Hypnogogic imagery is on the deeper edge of the alpha spectrum. Dreams are most prevalent in theta I believe. Delta is related to deep sleep. And there are deeper waves that I have heard about. Also, different tryptamines are produced in the brain in these different levels. I have heard also that the brain is more active while it is dreaming than in waking life. So it isn't just all about brain frequencies.
One can be conscious of all these 'planes' here and now, but it is like trying to see Venus in the daytime. One doesn't need to leave one's body in an OOBE. But it helps. These planes are available through expanded consciousness. But like I said, I don't think of it as planes. Or this isn't how I experience it.
So this brings us to your question Seroquel. When I was first set on my path, I had a similar map from India, that you are talking about. But this map lead me into the wilderness where I had to bushwack from there with my compass. These doctrines and philosophies have their limits just like science does and they both lead into the frontier where there are no maps. I have picked up other maps along the way and discarded them when they were no longer useful. Right now dreaming is my map. I explore the terrain in my dreams and listen to them to guide me. I grew a mustache because of a dream. I went to Hawaii because of a dream. I dreamt of North Carolina before I went there. Now I am having dreams of Ireland. But I am supposed to take a boat there.
In Dzogchen AKA the Great Perfection (which I guess is the truest non-map map) the destination is the path. Samsara (which is ALL the planes) and Nirvana (which is the pure unborn consciousness untainted by the planes) are one. This is a non-dual approach. All phenomena occur in the planes. If Nirvana and Samsara are one, then it only appears that phenomena are occurring, but they really rise and fall in the mind, like a dream. Enlightenment is being lucid in this dream and realizing that it is all consciousness. The destination is enlightenment, but the destination is the path, which means that we start from this non-dual perspective and realize that all beliefs and concepts about reality are useful tools at best, but have to be discarded once they have been understood on a gut level because Reality is not a concept. Reality is.......________________. And you can't give it a name or label it, because then you have conceptualized it and the mystery has left. Don't name or try to define beautiful mysteries, like love, because it is fragile and illusive and a name is too hard, it will break it. So even though ALL things, ALL phenomena is empty, illusory, and without any independent self nature, they continue to rise and fall in our consciousness. I try to realize that all I experience is a part of me, like all dream characters are. But so am I, I am just a dream character. Who is dreaming? This is where I differ from theists. They think that God is the dreamer. Even God is a dream character. Who is the dreamer?
This map though is helpful if say you want to travel the astral plane and visit the akashic records or something. Then you use your map of the planes. You can ask your dreamguide to take you there or you can try to find it yourself. But remember that even the astral plane is just a dream. All of samsara is just a dream. We keep having false awakenings. So be lucid.
Interesting similarities.

The double helix structure of DNA.

The Caduceus staff, an old symbol used in medicine.
It's also worth mentioning that Francis Crick, molecular biologist, and one of the co-discoverers of the structure of the DNA molecule in 1953, perceived the double-helix shape of DNA while on LSD before it's discovery.
Because nobody should ever believe something without a reason? If you're lucky it will just lead you into harmless falsehoods, but often believing something just because you heard it somewhere leads to terrible injustices.
Anyway.

A couple more interesting similarities for us to study in this thread.
You are saying that you are doing it to end terrible injustices. I didn't realize you were fighting for justice.
I would believe this if you didn't act superior and rude when you did it. I think that doing this makes you feel better than others, due to that evidence. If your motivation was truly the betterment of mankind, as you claim, I do not think that acting "smarter than thou" would be part of it.
I do not believe you are a superhero. I believe you are just an insecure person, just like the rest of us, and you have found a way to make yourself feel more confident by insulting others. It's not a new trick.
Besides, dispelling falsehoods is not what I'm talking about.

You know it baby.
Do you talk about this kind of stuff on LSD or shrooms? Do you take LSD or shrooms? IF so, what do you do while you are high on them? Talk about stuff?
Well, there are some that believe that the other planes are made of matter but a less dense kind of matter. I can relate but also disagree. It seems that it IS a kind of matter, but more like plasma, but it is obviously not plasma, it is finer. You cannot see it with these eyes. But it can be seen and felt and used to do things. It is a very energetic state of matter, because sometimes it feels electrical, sometimes it feels magnetic, sometimes it feels hot, and it is usually bright, or luminous. There are different degrees to the density, and that means just what it sounds like. You can pass your hand through it, but sometimes it is sticky like taffy, sometimes it is like smoke, sometimes it is like water, sometimes like fire, etc. And sometimes it is like brick and very cold, and that is very scary, get away from there.
Causal is related to the level where ideas are formed by inspiration beyond conceptual thought. It is "AHA!" The guy who saw the double helix form of DNA while on LSD was in touch with the causal plane. The lower mental realm of conceptual thought, which we are all so proud of and identify with so much, is more delusional, because we are not seeing the world but our own concepts about the world. The astral is another word for dreamtime. Dreams are powered by emotions and feelings.
Etheric may be discovered by science because it is practically physical and affects the physical world directly. This is the Chi that martial artists use to knock over somebody without touching them. It is also the most easily seen by untrained people. In fact, everybody can already see it, and we all do, it is just that most people don't pay attention to it. People are more likely to pay attention to how these energies feel rather than what they look like. People are sleep walking anyway and they only see what they want to see. Wake up out of your trance and be lucid and look around you. You will see the trees dancing and all of nature communicating. You can use LSD and shrooms to do this but it is unnecessary and easier to do it without. All you need to do is to pay attention.
Why do people think this? Two reasons: 1. They interact with it consciously so they know what they are talking about.
2. They have heard from somebody about it and it makes sense to them, or they are curious about it.
Nice pictures. I love pictures of snowflakes. I see the similarity between the snowflake and the 6 pointed star, what does this have to do with Saturn (that is Saturn, right?) and the Starbucks logo? The starbucks logo used to be some kind of fish-tailed goddess, but they took out the fish-tail part. What are the similarities?
He is British. That is the way they are.Quote:

And eloquent post. Question- What was your most profound realization, and what substance, if any were you on?
Oh, I have had many profound realizations but they are all just like dreams, lacking substance. All the realizations and experiences add up to nothing. We have realizations but then we lose them, then we try to recreate them or form beliefs and dogmas about what we once realized but have lost in order to keep what we thought we had. But what we had was just a dream. Taking substances in order to have realizations is pointless. Realizations are just by-products of heightened awareness and pure perception. Heightened awareness and lucid perception are valuable. Realizations are momentary pleasures, but they pass. I cannot even remember any realizations I have had. Well, at least no profound ones. I guess profound means something that powerfully affects your worldview.
I don't really do many substances. I don't do caffeine, alcohol, pot, white sugar (or brown), pork, LSD, corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, rancid oils, processed grains, etc...
One of the craziest, most dangerous, and scariest things I have done is Datura. Stay away from it. It is dangerous. Maybe ayahuasca was the most amazing thing I ever done. I only did it once. I don't need to do it again. But I don't advocate taking drugs. If you are with a shaman medicine man and in a ceremonial setting and it is served as a sacrament, then I advocate it. Otherwise, it is pointless.
Looking at a sunset, just for a second you forget your separateness: you are the sunset. That is the moment when you feel the beauty of it. But the moment you say that it is a beautiful sunset, you are no longer feeling it; you have come back to your separate, enclosed entity of the ego. Now the mind is speaking.
And this is one of the mysteries, that the mind can speak, and knows nothing; and the heart knows everything, and cannot speak. Perhaps to know too much makes it difficult to speak; the mind knows so little, it is possible for it to speak.
