Its been a while since anything has happened in my LD attempts but during my WILD attempt last night I started to really see images (not just imaging them) and felt presser on my neck and chest and pulsing vibrations in my legs and arms I knew I was about to enter a dream and I started to count I got two around 10 and I fell asleep at that point I’m not really sure what to do after I start to see things I assume I focus on my anchor but is that it
If counting doesn't work for you you should maybe try out a mantra - a short phrase or word that means something to you that's related to LDing. Something motivational and short.
Congratulations on getting so far into a WILD in the first place though, that's really good progress, keep it up!
i had another LD (a DILD) heres the dream I was laying in bed I thought something that happened before was weird so I did a RC my hand started glowing and It worked I got up and my room was bigger than usule and everything but my bed was gone then I said “THIS IS MY DREAM AND I AM IN CONTROL” I looked at my hands a said focus now but it just got blurry took a step or two and the panels of my wood floor fell in I fell to the floor was gray with more light than my room when I hit it I woke up. i think i woke up because i was scared but i dont remember being scared
ive been busy and have not posted on here as much as i wanted to so here are some updates im changing my lucid teck to DILD/MILD because im too tired in the morning if i do WBTB and i had a relly weird semi-lucid dream heres the dream
I was in a house and the walls floor and ceiling were wood it was my friends house but it looked nothing like it the house had no doors excepted the front and back I was standing in the doorway with someone next to me I think we were looking for something and apparently in this house some of the things weren’t real so my job was to “delete” the fake items to do this I would put my index and middle finger and thumb together in a diamond shape and a blue orb would expand 2 feet in all directions when I did this all the fake items in the room would vanish I went in the bath room and did these then I went under the sink and grabbed some underwear and put them on (WTF) I remember walking around in them and deleting stuff what was strange in that I was using lucid powers like behind this door in what im looking for but I wasn’t lucid
Yeah it's not uncommon to have dream control, or lucid powers as you called it, without realizing you're dreaming. In fact, the first dream I had after joining DV 8 years ago, was like that. I was in Hogwarts and there was a dead bug on the floor. I had to use a spell to bring it back to life. I concentrated on it really hard, and it spun around on the floor. I never became lucid in that dream, but I thought it was interesting that I was able to have powers like that in a dream. It wasn't long after that, and keeping up with my journal, that I started having more fully lucid dreams.
i had a LD with control (finally) it's the longest dream ive ever recalled heres the dream
I was in a house that ive never been to before it the house must be in the north pole of something because there is snow as far as I can see the next thing I remember is doing a RC then saying behind this door is something I don’t remember what I said but behind the door was a room like a cave on the left was a 3 steps going up to a bed right next to that was a cabinet in the middle was a hallway that turned to the right I went and sat on the bed and opened the cabinet and inside was 8 small books they had a wavy edge then I remember ive been here in this room before so I get up and go down the hall and a mace and a shield fall from the ceiling the mace was just a ball with a scope thing on it they were both gold I pick them up I had a hard time holding the shield and the mace was heavy then a large guy in a gold sute of armor he has a gold axe with 4 blades he swung at me I blocked it then I swung he blocked then I spun around and hit him in the head he fell I droped the weapons and went down the hall I came into a room with wooden walls and floor with a clutters table along the right wall a kid from school was there and I found 3 square pakets of some herb and we rolled it up I don’t remember rolling it but it just appered in my hand lit when we finshed I went down a hach in the floor and I came out in a very bright park with 3 people standing together one of them fell on me then I woke up
