Hey, welcome to DVA thedanknight!
MILD is a good technique to start with. And give it a good try before moving on to the next technique.
I had 1 non-luicd dream last night it took me 5-10 min to recall and im doing regular RC. I cant seem to recall the faces of DC idk why. im going to try WBTB+MILD I heard it works better that way. the only dream sign ive seen is weirdness but i guess most dreams are weird :silly:
i hung a gem from my ceiling so if i wake up in my room and its not there i know im dreaming i think it will prevent false awakening but idk
my goals are to have a LD this week and have a stable LD my long term goal is to have 1 LD a week.
last night i had another non-luicd dream and today i got some B6 to try tonight. in my most recent dream i asked myself if i was dreaming but woke up before i could do a RC im making progress :D
Oh sweet that IS progress! You achieved enough awareness in your dream to ask yourself if you were dreaming. Well done man. You're one hair from full lucidity, so keep doing what you're doing!!
:panic: i think i accdently WILDed i woke up in the middel of the night and my body felt tingly then every thing went black then i herd police sirens and a low humming noise and then i moved my dream body but i couldent move my legs so i tride to move my arms but i moved my real arms and woke up i think if i would lay there longer it would work wilding is fun
Oh well done! Yeah sounds like you were getting the vibrations and some sleep paralysis there. Next time that happens, try to remain calm, and you should be able to move your dream body and get up out of bed and start the dream. Sometimes the paralysis can be unnerving and it's hard to resist trying to break out of it forcefully, but like you experienced, it can wake you up.
Still excellent progress!
Hello thedanknight. That sounds like a DEILD to me, which is basically WILD. I'm not sure if you actually made it to the dream. Did you see anything? If you could only hear things, perhaps it was some of the hallucinations associated with sleep paralysis. In SP, it's not uncommon for people to see or hear things, and then those images or sounds can lead to a full dream! You're making a lot of progress, congrats! I'd suggest that next time, you focus on your surroundings a little before you start moving.
i had two non-luicd dreams in one night :D and figured out one of my dream signs its my mate he has been in 3 of my dreams
Good job on recalling dreams and noticing a dream sign! Most dream signs aren't out of the ordinary, they'll probably be stuff you see a lot of in waking life. Keep looking for dream signs!
If that's the case, then stabilization would definitely be good. If you don't already know how to stabilize a dream, here's one of many guides on stabilization.
yesterday i went to the store and got some sleepytime herbel tea its relaxing i drank a cup before bed and woke up at 1:30 PM and i had 3 dreams but i cant remember them :( and i allmost DEILD i woke up in the middel of the night and felt tingly and tryed to focus but the felling went away and i fell asleep maby tonight i will get luicd :D
Good! Hopefully that tingly sensation was a form of WILD vibrations. Now that you have had that feeling, focus on it next time you feel it. Perhaps imagine the dream scene you want to enter as you do that. Good luck!!
i DEILDed this morning but i had almost no controle i went to sleep woke up at 6:00 got up and set in my dark room and repeted my mantra for 10min then i went to sleep woke up after a dream and roled over and i imagend me walking down a staircase and conting as i walked 1 2 1 2 to controlr my breathing i felt the vibrations and felt like i got suked into my dream body hears the dream
I was In my room but everything was but my bed was gone I got out of bed and I felt really heavy but everything else was floating and I could barely walk I stumbled around my almost empty room and heard my mom and dad talking and then I fell on my bed I see a wallet a braded rope and my blanket I grab the wallet and rope look at the rope it’s actually 3 ropes tide together I get up and rub my hands together and say stabilize dream now nothing I say it again still nothing I fell down on the floor and closed my eyes and imaged a grassy field and expected it to be there but I was still in my room the dream was fading I rub my hand together then I woke up
Wow, congrats on WILDing thedanknight! I'm glad that worked out so well for you. Just try stabilizing a little longer next time (or experiment with different stabilization techniques) and you'll be golden!
Oh nice! :D Congratulations!
ive had 3 LD so far but in the dreams i feel heavy and its hard to walk and talk and if i look at my hands im missing fingers :panic:
how can i get my fingers back and walk better.
First, here are two helpful control guides:
Short Dream Control Tutorial
The Nature of Dream Control
Care to share how you tried to grow more fingers and move around in your LDs?
As for suggestions, hide or cover your hands and imagine all five fingers being there. Look back at your hands and they should be there. If you're finding walking difficult, then demand/ask your dream to let you walk. Or try floating or flying instead. There are other ways of taking charge in your dreams, but you can find them in the tutorials!
i got some appel juice i heard it increases dream vivednes if it dose i'll stop taking B6. my dream recall hasent been good lately but the dreams i remember are getting more vived but i still cant see DC faces.
So any luck with the apple juice?
i havent tried it yet i forgot  but i had my first dream in 3 days.
i had some Vibrations this morning after WBTB i tried to Focus on the felling but i guess i used too much brain power and they went away.
i am now a member of the IOSDP im also trying to get my sleep pattern back in order ive been staying up way to late.
That's great, thedanknight. I didn't realize you were interested in SD. I've considered joining the IOSDP. I'd like to join once I have LDs more frequently. The idea of shared dreaming and experimenting with it is fascinating. Have you found a partner for it yet? I hope that SDing successfully motivates you!
