Intro Class Daily Dream Snippets

-A supervisor of mine from a job I had around 8 years ago has invited me to a party. The party is celebrating her baby that was just born, she has done me the honor of naming the child after me. She gives me a GIANT 'Thank you' card, inside is a gift card but the amount is written strangely ($5 x 15) it says. I start to do the math in my head but she puts a small baby in my arms. It's really ugly, the skin looks like the skin on El Pollo Loco's chicken. It even appears to be greasy. I try not to grimace and tell I her how cute the baby is.

-I'm with my roomate J. I'm moving giant "Area of Effect" markers on the ground, like in some kind of video game. I put the marker on the wall and 'use' the ability. I giant arsenal of guns appears. I walk over and go to take a HUGE shotgun off the wall. It's so heavy I can barely hold it and it clunks onto the ground.

I had a shiny white horse which I took out for a walk, but what we thought was mud was actually quicksand and he fell in. I was able to pull him out, though.

In another dream, I saw a big snake entering a pipe and I was located at the other end of it. It came out and bit my foot and it really hurt like hell.

-I'm with my Dad and two brothers. I'm around 12, making "B" 8, and "E" 5. My brother B is getting in a white Chevy Silverado with a man I don't know. My father is talking to him around on the driver side. I remember that my Dad had to share my brother, but I can't remember the reason. The man drives off with B and when it drives off I can see E behind it, holding himself up on a chainlink fence bawling.

-My girlfriend is telling me about how she had a good day at work. She continues on about how they let her team be the "Hunters" in some kind of violent game they play at the office. Her team usually has to play the opposite side, I can't remember what it was called but it involved being.. well.. hunted :P

-I'm with two other people in a room with a back door. The door is ajar and we can hear a man going around to each neighbor demanding they pay some kind of tax. We quickly shut the door and turn out the light and pretend that were not home.

Had a dream half of my house was destroyed in a fire. I was going through the embers for my belongings when I found the Wicked Witch of the West, or at least I think my dream self thought it was her because she wore striped socks and was buried under debris except for her legs.

- I am with my younger brothers, who I haven't seen for a while. We are at my grandmother's house. The tactile and visual experience is very vivid, and the dream feels very good. Memorable personal experience!

- I dream about the DV-forum. The communication is live and telepathic, very interesting pictures. Someone explains the mechanics of the forum, how to pose questions and how it is all related and interconnected.

DJ-entry: Brothers and first fragment about DV

- fragment: I'm in a housing complex, where the rich and financially successful people live. I ask them about their dream. While they are polite, they don't seem interested at all.

- fragment: I'm in a small house with small rooms and everything is made of wood. I have somehow hurt my brother and he stabs a knife into my shoulder. It hurts a lot, but I accept it, because I somehow believe that I deserve it. I get sad and I hug him and tell him I'm sorry.

DJ entry: What's up with all the brother-dreams recently

[LUCID] I was uncontrollably floating hundreds of feet off the ground and just moving forward at a steady pace. There were all sorts of monsters below me, trying to kill me, I think. The thing I noticed was that the monsters were the kind with multiple repeating body parts like the Kraken, cerberus, and hydra. They were huge and i was trying to get them away from me since I couldn't fly away with my will. My chest started glowing bright purple and blue and I imagined it being some sort of electricity (superpower) to put it to good use, and then I just...put my arms out and blasted the monsters. I eventually reached some kind of castle and lost lucidity a few seconds later.

-I'm building Dharma Initiative stations like the ones on the Island from Lost.

I had a dream my friend ate a baby. I freaked out and he started chasing me. Forgot what happened next x)

-I'm putting pieces of tape on my cat's back, but he just lays down and stares at the tape instead of doing anything entertaining.
-I'm on my patio chatting with a former friend. He makes a snarky comment and I respond by repeating the last thing he ever said to me.
-I'm playing some kind of game with my girlfriend. I think were racing strange shaped pokemon.

-I'm on The Island with John Locke and a few other survivors. He is up on a stage, but I know his is the MIB. He mentions that we need to have a conversation about getting off the Island. I tell him that I agree, and that I think it's definitely a conversation we need to have.

Here's a snippet of my first lucid since I joined the DVA.
The dream is as funny as it is weird, but on the other hand it shows how unskilled I am at LDing, so any feedback in my workbook will be appreciated.

I walk on a sci-fi city where I am being searched for by the evil alien government, I find a robot disco and I get in. There are like five female robots (they are much closer to a human-size iPhone5 than to any humanoid robot, they are flat and basically made up of a big screen), I start dancing and my dance partner starts responding to my feedback flirting with me and changing color and displaying images. I see a private room and I understand the robots are not meant only for dancing. I get my robot turned on and start heading to the private room. "No way this is real, I'm dreaming... And it's a trap!! ... But, hey, I'm lucid, so..." I let the robot do her thing (which doesn't feel real at all, it's like fast-forwarded), and quickly go out of the private room. The other robots are ready to kill me, but I know they can't stop me as I'm dreaming and I have the Force or something, so I fly fast at floor level knocking them all. The door closes but it's a wooden door, so I know I can fly-smash through it.

I was again in this place, with some friends.

I also remember being in a big market in (maybe) Tijuana. Curiously, the people there used fruits as money, each of them having different valour (strawberries being worth 1 dollar each, and lemons, the most expensives, 25 dollars). I had a bag with 100 fruit dollars, and when I was looking for some chocolates, two kids managed to stole it from my hand. I didn't realize until some guy over there told me what happened. I punched him in the face because i was quite pissed. I see a huge dream sign there, as I tend to punch people in my dreams.

Had a very interesting dream about dreaming last night that left me puzzled, and even more so did the Dreaming Man. Was worth making a DJ entry

My second lucid last night was one of the best ones I've had in a while. I finally completed the lucid goal of making out with my crush, one that I've had for a few months.

Last night in one of my dreams I was at work. There was this female co-worker, a young, cute brunette, I was going to give a good bye hug too. I didn't recognize her so I figured she was new. My dream logic made me decide to hug her from behind. Right before I hugged her though, she bent down for some reason. My momentum took me over her body as I hugged her while she was bent down. If you could imagine, it was pretty awkward! I woke up. I didn't think much of it, just a random funny dream.

Then, shortly after I settled in at work, I noticed a brand new female co-worker, a young, cute brunette, just like the one in the dream! :panic: Luckily, our hug at the end of the day was normal. :)

I had a dream that i ate some bad cheese and then i looked into the mirror and I was slowly turning into a potato.

This is just a snippet about the end of the dream I would like to share to ask your opinions:

... I reach the door and cannot open it, but climb and open a window above the door. I look down and see a nice looking girl who stares at the door waiting.
I wake up, and quickly think of DEILD. I'm lying in my bed on my left side, slightly turned downwards, and I feel my eyes are open but I see just darkness (I believe if they were actually open I would have seen some light in my room, but I'm not sure, or were those my dream eyes that I felt?) I close my eyes and tell myself that DEILD is still possible as I didn't move at all, and didn't see anything because everything was black. I wait and suddenly feel pulled down from my chest by like a gravity force and feel like falling, and instantly find myself back at the doorstep with the girl. I'm so excited that I DEILDed that I wake up completely.

What do you thing: Was that a real DEILD? Was that a FA with a dreamt DEILD? Or maybe it just doesn't matter?

The other day I had a dream I had the sexuals with a dolphin and I was also male. It was extremely weird and aside from this post I don't want any other reminders of that dream.

I'm running through a beautiful grassy meadow on a sunny afternoon with my two brothers. Were all about 12 years younger than we should be. I kick a beach ball to my brother and he runs off after it. I try to chase him down but the more I try the slower I move. This makes me lucid for a brief moment.

I had intricate tattoos on my back and I think the ink was gold so people were coming after me to make some money with it or something. They caught me and held me in some attic room with another dude with gold tattoos. I remember fighting some people before I woke up to noisy karaoke in the living room.

I had a few dreams that involved me being in a casino. One I was being chased by a security guard who turned into one of my stepfather's friends who is super shady. He changed my voicemail to something embarassing and my pin too so I couldn't fix it. lol

After pressing snooze and falling back to sleep, I fell into a dream. My dad and I were on a floating dock on the water in a large dim building. We are throwing firecrackers up and they are exploding with great force over our heads.

I'm laying in my bed and my dad is in the room. He says "we have some", then he starts to cry,"apple pie".

Floating around a large, high ceiling room last night, saw my dream-self reflection for the first time in a super large mirror.
