Why i want to learn lucid dreaming

Hello and welcome! I like the way you've set out your workbook, for a start. It's a nice format. Don't worry about saying something stupid, we'll be sure to correct you! :cheeky:
How is your recall for now? For a start, I'd recommend starting up a Dream Journal if you haven't already. That'll help you remember more dreams. Sorting out your Sleeping Pattern will also help you out a lot, I'd suggest going to bed at 11 or even earlier than that if you have to get up at 6am.

Welcome to the Intro Class!
I agree with rdm. Also, i suggest reserving the WBTB (not WTBT hehe :p ) for weekends or on days when you dont need to wake up early. I am also a student and it's important to do your attempts with comfort and without having to compromise too much of what you need (in this case, sleep).
If you need anything or have any questions, post away~
