      Red face Nesi's Workbook :)

I am new to lucid dreaming and not really experienced, so i might say something stupid. :p
      --------------
      Reality Checks

-Pinch nose and try to breathe
-Looking at symbols and something out of order in them.
      -Checking gravity
      --------------
      Dream Signs

-Fighting aliens and video game characters.
-Meeting with my friends in their house while the house isn't theirs in real life.
-I sometimes see road signs in strange places.
      ---------------
      Short-Term Goals
      -Change size
      -Teleport
      -Meet my friends.
      --------------
      Long-Term Goals
-Have a lucid dream every night.
      ------------
      Lucid/Dream Recall History
-I had one lucid dream when i was young, i was a ninja and i fought bad guys while changing my size and making them fat
      --------------
      Current Technique:
-I am trying to boost my DILD with WTBT. After 2 weeks i will try MILD with WTBT (if DILD won't work).
      ------------------
Why i want to learn lucid dreaming
-Since school is quite depressing and it's harder to have free time, i might use night-time to relax and try crazy things.
      ------------------
Events that make me do a RC
Currently none, i'll start recording them tommorow
      -----------------
      Sleeping hours
My sleeping pattern sucks, i sometimes have problems sleeping.
I go to bed at 11-01 at night and wake up atwhe 6 n i go to school and about 10 when not. I need to fix these..
      ----------------
      NOTES
      -None

Hello and welcome! I like the way you've set out your workbook, for a start. It's a nice format. Don't worry about saying something stupid, we'll be sure to correct you!

How is your recall for now? For a start, I'd recommend starting up a Dream Journal if you haven't already. That'll help you remember more dreams. Sorting out your Sleeping Pattern will also help you out a lot, I'd suggest going to bed at 11 or even earlier than that if you have to get up at 6am.

      Welcome to the Intro Class!

I agree with rdm. Also, i suggest reserving the WBTB (not WTBT hehe :p ) for weekends or on days when you dont need to wake up early. I am also a student and it's important to do your attempts with comfort and without having to compromise too much of what you need (in this case, sleep).

If you need anything or have any questions, post away~

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
