Thanks for letting me into the class. I need people to keep me accountable. After not practicing for around six years, my techniques are very very out of practice. You guys best get on to me if I start getting lazy! :cheeky:
Reality Checks:
- Hand Check
- Clock Check
Dream Signs:
- Still working on recall
Short-Term Goals:
- Consistent 3+ dreams per night. (Recall)
- Consistent RC throughout the day
Long-Term Goals:
- Consistent 5+ dreams per night. (Recall)
- 1 LD per week
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Was a LD'er before, but was unable to practice for far too long. Recall is coming back fairly quick, but I haven't put much focus into attaining lucidity yet.
Current Technique:
- Working recall and RC right now in hopes of a DILD.
- I plan on performing DEILD 3/4 times a week once my recall gets to where I am comfortable with it.
