      Miskingo's Workbook

Thanks for letting me into the class. I need people to keep me accountable. After not practicing for around six years, my techniques are very very out of practice. You guys best get on to me if I start getting lazy!

      Reality Checks:
      - Hand Check
      - Clock Check

      Dream Signs:
      - Still working on recall

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Consistent 3+ dreams per night. (Recall)
      - Consistent RC throughout the day

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Consistent 5+ dreams per night. (Recall)
      - 1 LD per week

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - Was a LD'er before, but was unable to practice for far too long. Recall is coming back fairly quick, but I haven't put much focus into attaining lucidity yet.

      Current Technique:
      - Working recall and RC right now in hopes of a DILD.
      - I plan on performing DEILD 3/4 times a week once my recall gets to where I am comfortable with it.

A disclaimer to those reading my workbook: I did not keep any records from my previous lucid experiences, so for all intents and purposes, i'm starting over completely. Although I have achieved lucidity previously, it was long enough ago that I am going to reset my lucid count to 0. I think this will be the most accurate measure of my current success.

Recall is gradually improving. Hit a new record last night of six dreams, but some were of limited clarity. All i'm doing for recall is keeping a dream journal, and also attempting to remain still after waking. Both seem to be helping greatly.

In other news, i'm adding Puffin's SAT to my routine (Puffin's DILD Guide - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views). I'm aiming for 5 sessions at 2-3 minutes a piece which is only 10-15 minutes a day.

Once again, thanks for taking the time to read my workbook!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Recall is maintaining, but not improving; however, i'm not too concerned since my minimum per night is 2 fairly vivid dreams.

Still working to be consistent with the SAT. I'm having a bit of trouble with it, but still doing it at least 2-3 times a day (goal is 5.)

@Paige - Don't get me too excited now.

Had a hellacious week IRL, so I didn't have the time to dedicate to LD. Only recalled two dreams last night, but i'm back on track for the most part.

      "hellacious" LOL

Anyway, no worries, welcome back. Just try to be in the lucid mindset even when you're not particularly doing an induction technique. And by that i mean don't forget to wonder if you're dreaming from time to time. :p
