I can wake up after dreams to write them down, but if I do that, it takes some time to get back to sleep and the interrupted sleep (3-4 times a night) just makes me feel wrecked in the morning. If I decide to make sleeping the priority, I can only remember the last dream of the night and thus my recall suffers. Do others remember your earlier dreams of the night? How do you strike a balance? Going to sleep is never easy for me so any kind of waking to do anything makes it harder to fall asleep again.
