- MILD: positive affirmations before sleep
- WILD: attempted when I go back to bed after a mid-sleep pee
- All Day Awareness - very smart concept. The more I am aware during the day, the more I will be aware while sleeping.

Usually fall asleep before midnight, waking up around 9am.
