      AsleepNoMore's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      - "Am I dreaming? Is this a dream?" asked frequently
      - Look at hands
      - Plug nose and try to breathe

      Dream Signs:
      - My older brother
      - Magic shows
      - My Dad
      - B

      Short-Term Goals:
      - 1 DILD per week
      - 1 WILD per month

      Long-Term Goals:
      - At will LD

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - 4 dreams 3 nights ago
      - 1 dream last night

      Current Technique:
      - DILD: using RC throughout the day
      - MILD: positive affirmations before sleep
      - WILD: attempted when I go back to bed after a mid-sleep pee
      - All Day Awareness - very smart concept. The more I am aware during the day, the more I will be aware while sleeping.

      Bed Time
      Usually fall asleep before midnight, waking up around 9am.
