Welcome to DV and to Intro class, Bluevalu! :)
Wish you an awesome journey to lucidity. Don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.

Thanks, NyxCC. I intend to take FULL advantage of this resource. :)
On a related note, I tried Dual Core 1 Polyphasic sleeping last night, since I've been slowly shading in that direction, and my recall skyrocketed! I recalled four distinct dreams from last night. I haven't had that happen since before I hit puberty. Do you guys recommend Dual Core or Segmented Sleep (or something harder) to beginners to capitalize on WBTB and DEILD?

A wbtb in general can be very helpful for ld, so we recommend implementing it if you have the possibility. I think this should help reap the max benefit from a polyphasic schedule and no further fragmentation is needed. If you can catch an extra nap in the afternoon that might do some good too. :)
