Hi again
First of all, Im from Indonesia and My english is not really good since its not my daily language. So i hope everybody understand what im saying. Fryingman suggested me to make this workbook, He said i will get help from several teachers n seniors here.
I started to learn LD about 2 weeks ago. Learned from forum like this, youtube n some ebooks. Im writing my DJ too. it has 20 pages now, about 25 dream plots in those pages. I always remember my dream everytime i wake up from sleep, even though it just a lil part , but i always remember my dream. Sometimes i have more than 3 dreams on one night (i wake up several times).
When i started to learn LD, i decided will learn DILD method becoz i lil hard to fall back to sleep (i heard WILD need WBTB method , since REM happens 5 hours after we go to bed). But these several days i always wake up in the middle of the night (after have about 3-5 hours of sleep), so i decided i will try WILD method too.
Till now my pratice is :
1. Writing my DJ
2. Do 10-15 times RC during the day , when i do my RC i do awareness training also
N last night i woke up after i slept about 4 hours, went to toilet, washed my face n tried WILD method. The result was............i couldnt sleep till morning :( . I got SP very often when i was a teenager n when i was in college. But since married , i never got my SP anymore

Dream Signs:

Short-Term Goals:
- Get LD from DILD method at least once a week
- Have LD duration at least 10 minutes
Long-Term Goals:
- Have more than 3 LDs in one week
- Mastered DILD method
- Learn WILD method
- high awareness
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Never get LD, but i always remember my dream everyday since 2 weeks ago. No day without a dream. Sometimes i could remember 5 dreams when i wake up (with Wake up several times on the night)
