      Hi again
      First of all, Im from Indonesia and My english is not really good since its not my daily language. So i hope everybody understand what im saying. Fryingman suggested me to make this workbook, He said i will get help from several teachers n seniors here.

      I started to learn LD about 2 weeks ago. Learned from forum like this, youtube n some ebooks. Im writing my DJ too. it has 20 pages now, about 25 dream plots in those pages. I always remember my dream everytime i wake up from sleep, even though it just a lil part , but i always remember my dream. Sometimes i have more than 3 dreams on one night (i wake up several times).

      When i started to learn LD, i decided will learn DILD method becoz i lil hard to fall back to sleep (i heard WILD need WBTB method , since REM happens 5 hours after we go to bed). But these several days i always wake up in the middle of the night (after have about 3-5 hours of sleep), so i decided i will try WILD method too.

      Till now my pratice is :
      1. Writing my DJ
      2. Do 10-15 times RC during the day , when i do my RC i do awareness training also

      N last night i woke up after i slept about 4 hours, went to toilet, washed my face n tried WILD method. The result was............i couldnt sleep till morning . I got SP very often when i was a teenager n when i was in college. But since married , i never got my SP anymore

      Thats my reports ,
      hope u understand my english (its terrible huh ?? LOL)

      Reality Checks:
      - Nose picthing
      - Fingers counting
      - Thumb n palm
      - Read a sentence twice

      Dream Signs:
      - My Dad
      - My hometown n ppl in there
      - My College
      - My cousin

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Get LD from DILD method at least once a week
      - Have LD duration at least 10 minutes

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Have more than 3 LDs in one week
      - Mastered DILD method
      - Learn WILD method
      - high awareness

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - Never get LD, but i always remember my dream everyday since 2 weeks ago. No day without a dream. Sometimes i could remember 5 dreams when i wake up (with Wake up several times on the night)

      Hello Nove13, welcome to intro class!

      Your English is quite good, so you don't need to worry about it.

      You can do a wbtb even if you don't do wild. We actually wake up after our sleep cycles, which are on average 90 mins each, so you might notice you wake up after several sleep cycles. You can use this natural waking as a mini wbtb - meaning you don't need to stay up for a long time, but rather just take five minutes to think about the fact that you are now going back to bed and expect to have a dream and that you will realize it is a dream.

      I tried WILD again last night. I didn't move for almost 30 minutes but nothing happened. So i decided to sleep n had a non lucid dream again. But wont give up. Will review the method n keep trying.

      Last night i recalled 4 dreams ( the night before i recalled 5 dreams) , but those were blur n i just remembered small piece of each dream. I woke up n wrote all keywords fast in my DJ. I went to the toilet after that , made my mind clear then went back to my bed n tried WILD method again. It was failed, no halucination no sounds like ppl said, i give up and decided to sleep while hope in my dream i realize im dreaming (n it was not happen).

      I installed android app names awoken. This cool thing help me alot. But i just use it for RC reminder. Coz this app asks u to touch : "OK IM Not dreaming" button, which is will become a bad sugestion for my brain i think.

      You're right! If you can't change that message, stop using the app right away. Dreamers need to eliminate all negative thoughts about dreaming and focus only on positive thoughts.

      I just use its notifications . I set 15 RCs a day, when its the time for RC, the app will send notification on top of my LCD says : Are you dreaming ? It helps to remember me to do my RC. After did my RC i will close it without see "OK, Im not dreaming" button. Lol

      My friend told me another trick. He told me to record my voice : NOVE, You are dreaming, NOVE you are dreaming. Then set timer 90 minutes after start to sleep to play that record. I tried it last night, but stupid thing has happened. i couldnt sleep coz i too exiciting. LOL. I will try it again today. I still do my RCs, random awareness and my Dream journal. no need think so hard to recall my dream now. When i wake up in the morning, no need to stay on bed n think hard. I just do my activity (toilet, brush my teeth etc) , My mind will remember at least 2 dreams after 30 minutes, its nice, My recall shows some developments.

      I tried it again last night. N damn, i always woke up before the timer T.T , i missed the timing. But will try it again tonight, never give up.

      Yesterday , i took a nap n hope i could get LD. Like always relax n sleep (DILD) while thinking about LD, but my body just went to sleep palarlysis state accidentaly. It wont move. There was a man voice, said : YOU THINK IM JUST A DREAM ? YOU ARE WRONG, IM REAL, I WILL SHOW YOU THAT I AM REAL HAHAHAHAHA......" <<<damn, spooky shit. But i was very sure thats just my imagination, so i stayed cool n relax. He keep laughing, i didnt care. I saw a big hole with rainbow colors, my body was flying n spinning (360 degree). I knew i was close with Dreamland, so i stayed cool. But it was somethin like white light and ziipppp.....i woke up on my bed, i did reality check n it was waking world T.T. Failed again.

      what shd we do when we r in SP? stay cool or imagine somethin ? so we will not wake up

      You have dealt well with the unexpected situation, Nove. If this happens, the best thing to do is indeed to try to stay cool and wait it out. What follows next can be that you enter a dream or that you wake up. Usually, it's up to the body to decide this, so to speak, but you can try visualising a dream scene to boost your chances to get into a dream.

      I will try WILD method again this afternoon.
      Last night i dreamed i did WILD method n succeed (not lucid , but in that dream i thinked i got lucid dream. LOL) , but in the dream i didnt do RC , so i still didnt know it was a dream. hmmm....

      last night i had 4 dreams. But i couldnt remember the first, i just remember first dream is somethin that has relation with garden.

      The 2nd dream (bus accident) i remember it well, i could remember how the brain pop out from the victim head
      The 3rd dream about my school but cant remember it well too
      The 4th about alien experiments, just remember one woman with lab uniform

      is it normal? i meant, usually i remember the last dream very well. But last night, the 2nd dream is easily to recall than the others. Its okay ?

      Today is the worst DJ that i have. I went to sleep 2am last night coz i had somethin to do. Woke up in the morning, i knew i had a dream but couldnt remember it, just it was somethin about chemical experiment. So i just wrote chemical experiment in my DJ. The shortest story. Lol

      how to trick boring problem? today is my 17th day of LD practice, its start like lil boring

      What part of the practices do you find boring? It may help to think of this as a workout for an upcoming competition. You train frequently so that you may perform well when the big event comes. The good thing is, you can be inspired by everything around you. For example, you can watch movies or play games and think how you will be able to perform great things like super speed or telekinesis in the dream.

      Sometimes i feel boring, but watch youtube , forum and FB group make me feel exciting again. I need be in one group with ppl who love LD, thx to this forum, FB group n youtube.

      2 days ago i checked my hand in my dream. But they were looked okay, nothing weird, so my dream wont changed to lucid, it was back to normal dream. How to trick this? why my hand looked normal?

      Today, i woke up after sleep for 7 hours, almost couldnt remember my dream, just remember my frens (twins) have a kid named maria mercedez. lol, just that.

      Finally, i got my first lucid dream after practice for 3 weeks. So happy. The funny thing, i didnt do reality check in that dream. I was sitting n suddenly aware i was dreaming. I rubbed my hand to made the dream more vivid, then i yelling very hard : i am dreaming !!!! . so exciting. I have some questions :
      1. When i woke up, that dream feels like normal dream (not too vivid), but i remember is very vivid when i was in the dream <--this is normal for DILD ?
      2. I tried to change the scene by did 360 degree rotation, but it didnt work, the scene still the same just added one big waterfall.
      3. I tried to went through the wall, but i couldnt. I tried it several times.
      4. I summoned my cousin in the dream, coz hes appear often in my dream, n i told him : im a dreaming right now bro, so next time plz tell me im dreaming when we meet again in a dream <---- this will work????
      5. i couldnt control myself 100% in that dream, like 70%. I planned to try to fly n reality check, but i didnt do that. I rubbed my hand coz i was very sure i was dreaming.

      That's great! Congrats!

      You did a lot of dream control for a first ld! Not bad at all. Now to your questions:

      1. Dreams can vary in vividness, both normal dreams as well as lucid ones. You can have very vivid non-lucid dreams, lucid dreams, dilds, wilds, etc. It is also possible to experience the dream very vividly but not be able to recall it as much.
      2. Scene changes and all dream control depend on our expectations. With more practice you will be able to better focus and expect things to happen, which will in turn translate to better dream control.
      3. It's possible for this not to work, but again, try expecting it to work.

      4. There is no right or wrong answer here. The results are really up to your unconscious mind. Some people do get DCs to remind them it's a dream, so this is worth experimenting with.
      5. Is the question here about self control? There are different levels of lucidity and awareness in dreams, so maybe this was a slightly lower awarenes case.

      Last night i did a same patern (time for sleep, mantra, brainwave mp3, WBTB) with the night when i got LD, but it wont changed to LD like bfore. In the dream i lost my shoe n i talked to myself : if im in lucid dream i can summon it back. Lol. But i still didnt realize its a dream. Haha.
