RC

Hello,

I'm new to inducing lucid dreams. I have had lucid dreams in the past but didn't know it was possible to induce one.

I'm trying hard and I fail to do the reality checks in my dreams. It doesn't occur to me to do the RC or pickup the signs in the dream. When I wake up and recall the dream, I realize, I had so many signs but still didn't pick them up.

I even do RC in the daytime regularly as suggested by experts, still I fail to do one I the dream.

Any ideas??

Try including a Wake Back To Bed into your nighttime routine. WBTB Tutorial - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource Do a few reality checks during your WBTB to really grind the idea into your mind before returning to sleep.
