hmm.. as far as i goes know my recall didn't get any much better
i keep remembering really small sensations and pictures and sometimes just a snippet involving a building(like if its showing the next scene)
allthough i had more dreams this night i surely knew that one of the dream involved talking to a girl about lucid dreaming.. wich means that must be really close at that point
i dont remember of anything triggering wich i think what didn't happen at all.
maybe im going to bed somewhat earlier tonight and see if that helps
I agree that a dream journal works wonders. No matter what you remember from your dream, even if it is only one work write it down, also try to remember the time you might have had the dream (I usually end up writing 6 am everytime because it is hard to remember). I usually have horrible recall and on Friday I remember a little detail in my dream and wrote it down. The next morning I woke up and was surprised at how much I remembered. I ended up writing about 2 paragraphs! So just keep on writing, also another thing that I feel requires the least effort and is easy to do is reality checks. Ever hour or two and before bed and after waking up do a reality check and ask yourself if you are dreaming.

amazing! my recall is getting better! first it where soundless snippets
now im starting to recall what people said and the scenes are getting longer to remember!
its heading the right direction:D!!
alltough i only slept now for 6 hour it would mean if i go back in a min or 20 i maybe able to dream again!
i got awake when my mother and my neightbours started to wake up and made use of there bathrooms so i couldn't fall asleep anymore but im pretty tired at the moment.
I'm having similar problems with recalling dreams, usually I only get a few fragments a night, but writing them down in my dream journal has worked wonders recently. Just keep it up, it seems you're on a good track at the moment. :)

Hey im here live from my new phone! Anyways for some reason my recall has gone downwards again i have some stressfull moments atm like girl problems and such but what can i do to to get it back? Appart from that i have school again whats the best way to deal with dreaming when you have school?
