After a few nights...
I just began this process a few days ago & wanted to start my dream journal. After 2 nights I had no recall at all, but last night I had recall & everything I've read it correct. If you don't write them down quickly, there gone. The first was a good dream & I woke remembering everything (1:30), I ran through the entire dream. Too lazy to reach over & write it down thinking "I'll remember that now", gone after waking from 2nd dream. Anyway, this time I got up (3:30) & wrote the key points down. Now I can enter it into the journal. When I tried to recall the first one, I could only remember very little. I was not lucid, but I'm on my way. This could be cool. Like I've been told, with pratice you can control your dreams. Thanks for the help. MAXX

Thanks for the help.
You're welcome, but what exactly do you need help with? I couldn't spot a single question in your post.

The "Thanks" was for the people that had replied to my other post. They had givin me some advice because I was having a problem with recall. I hope to make a quick jump to lucid now that I'm on the right track. This is really cool. My wife is funny, she just does not get it, what's that journal for? Why did you put a paper & pen on your night stand? What's with all this dream stuff anyway? I tried to explain it to her, but forget it. Just doesn't get it & that's OK
