SP
I had the scariest experience with sleep paralysis this morning. I have had it before but nothing like this. I was just waking up when I realized I could not move but I felt like something was taking my hand and trying to drag me down the crack of my bed. I tried to scream but nothing came out and I couldn't move. I just had this sense of something watching me as well. Then I woke up and realized it was just sleep paralysis. Anyone else like to share a scary experience with SP?

I've never understood that feeling of being watched. What does it feel like? I can't imagine it.
Anyway, when I was younger SP was shit scary. I would see a red light, hear a loud ass noise and want to scream. But as I got older it felt like nothing. When it happens I just think "Oh, this again", and calmly observe the loud noise (starts off really quiet, then gets really loud, like a siren). I've never had felling of pressure or seen any scary monsters. I almost want to just to see what it's like.

I just saw a shadow.. and it's a really creepy feeling. Like something that can totally invade your space and privacy and know exactly what you're thinking at the same time. And on top of that imagine feeling really super vulnerable since you can't move or talk. I think it's the worst panick I've ever felt.
I have never heard any sounds or seen lights. I can barely open my eyes but this is the first time I ever felt anything or seen anything.. Usually I just can't move and can't open my eyes totally.

Sounds quite scary, I've never had any negative experiences with sleep paralysis. Lucky me :)
