I've never understood that feeling of being watched. What does it feel like? I can't imagine it. |

I had the scariest experience with sleep paralysis this morning. I have had it before but nothing like this. I was just waking up when I realized I could not move but I felt like something was taking my hand and trying to drag me down the crack of my bed. I tried to scream but nothing came out and I couldn't move. I just had this sense of something watching me as well. Then I woke up and realized it was just sleep paralysis. Anyone else like to share a scary experience with SP? |

I just saw a shadow.. and it's a really creepy feeling. Like something that can totally invade your space and privacy and know exactly what you're thinking at the same time. And on top of that imagine feeling really super vulnerable since you can't move or talk. I think it's the worst panick I've ever felt. |

Sounds quite scary, I've never had any negative experiences with sleep paralysis. Lucky me |
