Help needed with sleeping.
I really need some help. I cannot sleep well at all. I feel this is bad for dreaming (if it doesnt matter let me know). I have a small bed and I sleep next to my girlfriend so there is less space for the both of us. Also we both move around in our sleep a lot. I cannot get comfortable anymore and especially last night I couldnt fall asleep when I was going to try the WBTB method.
The fact that I cant sleep and the fact that I have a very hard time recalling dreams is starting to stress me out and I know thats not good for sleep and dreaming in general.
If anyone has any tips for me on what to do or how to sleep better please dont hesitate to help...
(I've already tried sleeping somewhere else and that doesnt help either.):(
