Get more exercise and make sure you're actually tired when it's time for bed. Change your sleeping schedule and set up set times you go to sleep. And get a bigger bed! |

I really need some help. I cannot sleep well at all. I feel this is bad for dreaming (if it doesnt matter let me know). I have a small bed and I sleep next to my girlfriend so there is less space for the both of us. Also we both move around in our sleep a lot. I cannot get comfortable anymore and especially last night I couldnt fall asleep when I was going to try the WBTB method. |

Well you see I am very tired when I choose to go to bed..the thing is I cant fall asleep fast no matter how tired I am. I just lay there waiting for it to happen. I would get a bigger bed too but Im only 19 and very poor. |

Work on meditation I would say. I sometimes will give myself anxiety by accident, or drink too much coffee, a bit of meditation before bed to clear your mind, or even while in it, really helps me. |

I will give meditation a shot. Are there certain methods you use to meditate? Im not exactly sure what to do when it comes to meditation but its interested me. |

Check out the guided meditation cd's from brain sync if you got no idea where to start. Angel voiced lady leads you into a garden of happiness basically. Theres 2 different types of meditation really, breathing focused mediation, and visual focused meditation. Im by no means good at it, still learning myself but, It is def a great way to calm yourself down, and really let your mind at ease. PM me if you want some material, can email you a bit of what I got, or show you where to get it. |
